The beauty of minimal life that i cherish

Today is another peaceful raining day in my place. Although it's not a heavy rain, its been pouring out nicely all day since the night before. The rain watering the whole soil and plants in my neighborhood generously. Now i have an excuse to save my water and not taking time to water my plants in the yard. :p - A week has passed since the rainy season arrived in my hometown. I believe in a few days, many new greens will sprout and cover the dried hill near my house. Consistency always adds up and bring visible results, rainy season is no exception. It's difficult to do something consistently, just as the minimal life i'd like to pursue in my daily life right now.

I always love the concept of minimal lifestyle. Organized things, clean house, neat table... Though sometimes organizing and cleaning seems stressful for me. But it makes my heart content once i'm done doing it. Even so, I can't call my self a 'minimalist' yet. I often have a hard time to throw things i already had. I always unconsciously attached my self on things. In the other hand, i love to have less things. It's easier to cleaning when you don't have many things on top of the table or shelves. Less things also will reduce the time we spend on looking and organized things. Maybe those were some of the reasons why i always think 3-4 times before buying any 'tempting but not really needed' items. Very often we find our space piled up with stuff we don't really need. I also might have to give up my (still nice) old things to give some space for my new things. I want to fill my storage nicely without overloading them.

Themed color interior is pretty. Hanging a little artsy stuff in the wall corner is cute. Fancy cooking stuff is tempting. But I think its better to pursue a simple enjoyable life with what i already have rather than buying and wasting things, trying to fit into minimal lifestyle. I'd like to fill my space with things i appreciate and cherish.

Above it all, i want to spend more time on things i want to do rather than housework. It supposed to be easier to keep a simple lifestyle if you genuinely love and enjoy it. Remember to always put your things back on their own place. Wash your dirty dishes immediately after use. Don't let it piled up! Small habit like that will make a big difference and help you to make your space always look neat and sleek. Minimal life need self commitment and discipline.

I used to hear that its difficult to keep a simple lifestyle due to family member with conflicting lifestyle. Sometimes seeing stuffs that aren't returned in its place does bothers me and kicks up my organizing instinct. But if it's my family personal things, i'm trying not to move it unless they give me permissions. I have to respect their space and only interfere in areas where i can/may do. I'd be great if they can participate, but never force your lifestyle in to someone else's so you can achieve your lifestyle goals. Just like anyone else, you won't be happy if someone force something you don't cherish, on to yours. Just because they don't share the same lifestyle goals with you, it doesn't mean you can't go for a sustainable simple life.

Sometimes, we need to look back to see the main reason why we want to have a simpler lifestyle. With clear goals and mindset, it will be easier to achieve it with our own way. I.. Enjoy the relaxation that i derived from a simple life i do. How's yours? What kind of lifestyle do you love? :)

Hi coolie fellas! 

Since the feast of Eid still going on, I'd like to say happy Eid day for all of u who celebrated it! :) You have a nice holiday, eh? Phew, made me sooooo envy~ I wish i could have my holiday as well but i've trapped on my so-green calendar of work right now. OK OK, there's nothing to be sad, keep working in this golden week is worth to be done since bunch of red coloured calendars still wait in the back!
End Year holiday, COME TO MAMA~

Finally. I've done to apply my application letter for an aussie's scholarship last week. I have no idea whether it will arrive in time or not. Its my mistake that i sent it too close with the final date and be too much indecisive :| Yet it arrive in time, i don't want to expect too much on it since its a bit too-good-to-be-true for me. Compete with more than 4000 applicants for around 400 available seats (and it will also get clustered by the kind major of study, home town, etc) is tough. Maybe luck have to come out right in time and prayer have to be sent out louder, lol. But you won't know what you will face unless you try, right? Lets make it simple. If i get no called back, then that's just not my right path. The other awesome path must be waiting for me. hihihi Who knows. But while the chance is exist right now, lets we try! It doesn't matter which way i'll be going later, i believe it must be the best way for me. :') -- UPDATED : I didn't get that scholarship but some months later i got accepted in one of university in paradise island (read : Bali) on January 2013 and finished my post-graduate study there on August 2014. *YAY*--

By the way. i went to Malimbu two weeks ago. I didn't go down straight to it's beach but saw it's scenery up away from the hill. It was so pretty to see it from those high anyway. :)

We spent all day long  in the hill. From noon to sunset. How comfy. 

It was so quite up there since there's no people catch up there in noon. People are use to stop by when the sun began to set at around 06:00 PM. The sunset looked so clear up there.

That was so perfect for stayed there while chewing the coconut! Fresh and yummy. :)

after long long days ago.

What a tiring day~ There are lot of works need to be done in these two days. It is 3 AM already and I'm not feeling well right now. So, please forgive me for making many mistakes today. okay? =P

I think its kind of happiness if we can help our family business :) though i think what i've done was just a little part of the whole part that my brother should do. Real business is kind of complicated thing -___- and now i come back in front of my dear lappie, take a look on my own project. Gosh. I've finished nothing. Really need to take a race with my deadline *again*

STORY OF THE SUN

begin with rising of the sun.... 

don't know why, this photo above remembering me one of mac's default wallpaper on my old macbook. they seems a little bit similar for me. lol xD

That is Lombok International Airport. Local people called it BIL (Bandara International Lombok). Its the nu international airport in lombok. Previously, the airport located in center city of west lombok. The aviation runway needs to being extended for bigger plane, but the city is crowded enough so they can't make the airport bigger. Thats why they must displace the airport to the central lombok. BIL is second biggest airport in indonesia. Let me be clear. The second biggest airport AREA in indonesia. Its true that the yard is so big. but NOT the building. i think the previous airport building even is bigger than this nu one. -_- 

Thats okay. Perhaps it is still on its development :) For me, its good for lombok for making such development on extends its facility for the residents. But I have to go through an hour drive by car from my house everytime I would go to this nu airport. Its quite far :'( Do u know? In the back days, I just need 10 minutes from home to reach the old airport T__T

I love being in place where i took those 2 photos above. Indeed a beautiful place. Its located in far up the cliff so u can take a look on whole sea and mountain in one place. include the sunsets!  what a heaven~ xD and the pink trees, *i don't know whats their name :P* i love them so so! Its not the sakura tree, but still seems similar for me :P Feels like spring time was right there with u ♥ :)

 and people are having their fun under his peaceful light.

Fyi :: The person who jumped in photo, thats my bro! xD I took that photo around one year ago. He told me for taking his pic when he jumped up in the air so it will look levitating. He jumped a lot so i could take the best moment. Once he jumped for the n-time, he twist his leg and yelling aaaaw~! lol. xD I immediately ran on to him but also with a laugh. Sorry bro, i was worried bout u but it still funny for me :)) but thanks God his leg is fine :)

 Until the world have been spending the time all day long, 

all living things say goodbye to him then he start to fall slowly...

He go home for rest, saving his power to protect us again in the next day.

I got a bad headache and slight fever these several days so my mom told me for not being in front of lappie too much and take rest for some days

Addressing a blog wasn't as easy as i thought

Huu yaaa!

How are u today?

Having a great day, huh?

Yesterday was my tiring day, but I'm happy today! xD
I hope all of you are happy!  :)

Here is my long-long-long story i went through when i named these blog url :| I was really out of mind on writing this blog so suddenly. I tried to start it with opening the browser - surfing the blogspot page - and clicking the new blog button. Then it shows the form to fill in my blog name and url i want.

OK. I did all those step WITHIN A MINUTE.

And then?
I stuck on searching an appropriate url for almost 2 HOURS! :| It's the longest time which i ever need to finding a suitable name just for an url blog X__X I never thought that finding a proper name which 'clicking' with my heart and mind will going this hard. :| Some names that i think i could use end up canceled because it has been used. I've try to find another name but none of them can make it. :|

I start to feel bored. So I randomly entering the blog which its name said has been used before. Just for fun, randomly knowing whose blog it is or what kind of article fills inside. Coincidently, i found some of them are blogs which have been created from long time, but they've never been used. There's no single posting hanging there. GOSH! :| Its a little disappointment when knowing that u can't wear the name because someone else has been using it, in fact it is not really has been used. :|

But never mind.
I'll found another name! *i think* :p

Honestly, i think the name which is i thinking before may just to general. Thats why lots of people may has been thinking the same name as mine. :D Hmm, why don't i just use a simple flower name and combine with my nickname? *clink*

After hunting for several times, finally i find a quite interesting flower name for me. Its iris :)

Seems my browser is quite mess-looking, right? But thx to uncle Google who have always answer my question! HAHA.. I choose Iris because its one of my zodiac sign flower. In my case, its cancer :D Iris have some meanings in her language. Her main meanings are faith, wisdom and valor :)

Its an interesting flower, don't u think?I search out about her appearance too :D

Hmm, a quite beautiful flower :) She has some various of pretty color. But i love the white one! xD Iris is a genus of flowering plants with showy flowers. She is one of Magnoliophyta division memIber and belongs in  Iridaceae family. In latin term, we called her Iris germanica. OK. STOP TALKING BIOLOGY TERMS! SOUNDS BORING~ *oops*

My First Post : Introduction

Hi there! : )

If this is your first time to pay a visit on this blog and you found this article, congratulations. You just found the first article i made on this blog. Let me send my warm greetings to you, thank you for being here.. :)

Here are some things about me and this blog.

1. I'm the only one author in this blog
Come till this far, i haven't had any plan yet to form a team for taking care this blog. I randomly made this blog as my personal interest. 

2. I have no talent as a good writer
I'm not a journalist. I'm neither have ever taken any activities in writing before. I studied computer science for my undergraduate study so most of things i have ever written were code, code and code. And the others were tons of assignment reports, included my thesis book. I have ever made a blog once, but it was also for assignment purpose only (which content's was densenly filled by Lorem ipsum *blabla*). So guys, you have to be proud because u are a num of people which is by lucky can reading my first article! HAHAHA *fine. i know its actually not funny*

3. English is not my daily language but i do love english
Learning english is fun! As the most popular global language, i thought mastering english nowdays is really needed. But still, my english isn't proper enough. I live in indonesia and i don't get use yet using english in my daily life. That's why i intend to accustom my self in using english for more, started by writing this blog in english. I hope it helps to enhance my english ability for better.

I do really love photography. Though i'm not good enough on taking photos like those pro-s, i always feel comfortable to dwell with it. You will meet bunch of my photo shots in here for sure. Any comment and suggestion from you will be my pleasure! :)
